At MadEmEl MedSpa, we offer two advanced options for treating visible veins and vascular blemishes: M22 IPL and Splendor X Nd:YAG (vascular mode). Each is selected to safely and effectively target unwanted vessels while preserving surrounding skin.
Why treat vascular concerns?
Broken capillaries, spider veins, telangiectasia, cherry angiomas, hemangiomas, and reticular leg veins are common vascular issues that can affect your complexion. With precision light and laser technology, we can help diminish their appearance—restoring a more even, radiant skin tone.
M22 IPL
Using a broad-spectrum light with specialized filters, IPL energy is absorbed by hemoglobin in targeted vessels, causing them to coagulate and gradually fade. Our M22’s design allows treatment of vascular lesions up to approximately 1.5 mm deep and up to 1 mm in diameter. Because it’s gentle and versatile, it works well for fine facial vessels, rosacea-associated redness, and superficial telangiectasia.
Splendor X Nd:YAG (Vascular mode)
For deeper or larger vessels—especially on the legs—our Splendor X vascular setting (dual-wavelength Nd:YAG) is ideal. It penetrates further into the skin, treating vascular lesions up to ~4.5 mm deep with up to 4 mm diameter, making it excellent for reticular veins, spider veins, and more robust vascular lesions. The cooling and preset safety features help optimize comfort and outcomes.
