Laser Treatments
MadEmEl’s laser treatments run on Lumenis technology: the M22 platform (IPL, ResurFX, and Nd:YAG/Q-switch modules), the AcuPulse Fractionated CO2 laser, and the Splendor X hair reduction system. Providers select and often combine these modalities based on the specific concern being treated.

Laser for Veins and Redness
Facial redness, broken capillaries, and spider veins are treated with either Nd:YAG or IPL, depending on the depth and size of the vessel.
Laser for Melasma and Pigmentation
Uneven pigmentation, sun spots, and melasma can be treated with Q-switch, ResurFX, or IPL, with the right choice depending on the depth and type of pigment involved.
Laser for Fine Lines and Wrinkles
ResurFX and AcuPulse CO2 both stimulate collagen remodeling to soften fine lines and wrinkles, with AcuPulse offering a more intensive, deeper option.
Laser for Acne Scarring
Both ResurFX and AcuPulse CO2 are used to improve the appearance of acne scarring, with the choice depending on scar depth and the patient’s desired downtime.
Laser Hair Reduction
MadEmEl uses the Splendor X by Lumenis — one of the newest laser hair reduction technologies available, combining Nd:YAG and Alexandrite wavelengths in Blend Mode to target hair follicles at two depths below the skin’s surface.
