Under the direction of owner, and Board Certified Physician Dr. Kristine E. Gould, we are delighted to provide proven, quality care for the entire body. Kristine E. Gould, M.D. – Founder

Dr. Kristine Gould is the founder and owner of MadEmEL Medical Aesthetics. She is a board-certified gynecologist and a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Florida and then attended the University of Miami School of Medicine. Dr. Gould is extremely passionate about women’s health and understands the profound impact that confidence in one’s appearance can have on someone’s overall wellness. When she is not working with patients, Dr. Gould enjoys spending time with her husband, three children, and their dogs. In her free time, Dr. Gould enjoys staying active through exercise, reading, shopping, and boating on the lake in the summer.

Alisa Sorrow

Spa Director

Alisa Sorrow is the heart of Mademel Aesthetics, serving as our Spa Director. With her warm, inviting energy and unwavering dedication to exceptional service, Alisa ensures that every visit feels personalized, seamless, and stress-free. She’s the first smile you see when you walk through our doors and the guiding hand behind every smooth appointment, thoughtful recommendation, and comforting conversation.

Known for her helpful nature and kind heart, Alisa goes above and beyond to make clients feel seen, supported, and valued—because to her, this isn’t just a medspa, it’s a place where confidence begins.

Olivia Melton

Assistant Laser Practitioner & Aesthetic Specialist

Olivia Melton is an Assistant Laser Practitioner with a deep-rooted passion for skin health and self-confidence. With a focus on anti-aging, pigmentation correction, acne solutions, and safe treatments for darker skin types, Olivia blends advanced laser techniques with a thoughtful, individualized approach. Her expertise also extends to brow artistry, facial massage, and laser hair reduction—making her a go-to for clients seeking results-driven care with a personal touch.

What truly sets Olivia apart is her love for helping people feel good in their own skin. She sees her work as more than aesthetics—it’s about being part of someone’s self-care routine and helping them reclaim their confidence, one appointment at a time.

Ambre Fougerousse

Physician Assistant

Ambre Fougerousse is a Physician Assistant with over 15 years of clinical experience and more than 8 years specializing in aesthetic medicine. Originally from Sarasota, Florida, she began her aesthetic career performing cosmetic laser treatments, neurotoxin injections, and mid- to lower-face filler procedures. Throughout her career, she has expanded her expertise to include a wide range of dermal fillers, biostimulators, neurotoxins, and advanced laser technologies, allowing her to create customized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s goals.

Ambre is passionate about delivering natural to moderately enhanced results that help patients look refreshed while maintaining their unique features. She believes every consultation should be rooted in safety, education, personalized care, and exceptional results. Her goal is to empower patients with the knowledge and confidence to make informed decisions throughout their aesthetic journey.

Outside the office, Ambre enjoys spending time with her husband, their three children, and their Labrador Retriever, Maybelline.
